Weighing System (Baron)

Bin Lifter:
There are 5 ways the container can be lifted, these 5 ways are: Rear-Loader, Side-Loader, Front-Loader, Crane weighing and Skiploader weighing.

This system also allows 2 containers to be weigh simultaneously.

Rear-loader Weighing System
It requires no adjustments or calibration, thereby eliminating calibration cost

Side-loader
The system interacts with the Programable Logic (PLC) on-board for the exchange of information relative to the inclination.

Front-loader
The working procedure is controlled by the control panel, which displays each individual load as well as overall total loaded.

Weighing system on Chassis:
The weighing system was studied and developed to constantly support the vehicle’s body tare and the payload.

This makes it possible to calculate the exact partial weight of every load with precision determined by the division of the maximum capacity of the system.

Features:

(a) This makes it possible to calculate the exact partial weight of every load with precision determined by the division of the maximum capacity of the system.

(b) Computer on board that does calculation for individual and overall loads. There is also a GPS system on it to help save the hassle of always trying to plot the route or to find the location.

(c) ABL computer on board to help display the calculated weight.
